We only use the latest generation software and currently have nationwide accreditation using AccuRate.
Our services include NatHERS thermal modelling and certification, BASIX preparation (NSW only), NCC Section J Deemed to Satisfy Reports and NCC JV3 Alternate Solutions.
The time to do an assessment varies depending on the complexity of the design. Costs associated with the preparation of BASIX, NatHERS and/or NCC Section J Reports will vary depending on the size and type of your proposed project.
